We are collaborating with Rolling Vitality to do a SUNDAY RESET social. We are so excited to shake off the weekend and really get into our mental and physical recovery in the morning sunshine. We will start with a guided yoga class, then the use of a red light sauna, and a wood fired sauna along with various cold plunges. Contrast therapy has so many benefits for your body, and can help with mental clarity.
